At Geparlys Parfums, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance; if you are not, we offer returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been unsealed or sprayed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and secure it within the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
